Private Client Team

Reflecting on our recent win at the Northern Law Awards

What the Award Means to Us

Being shortlisted was an achievement in itself , but to be named Private Client Team of the Year is a huge honour for us and a real celebration of the work our team does every day.

It recognises not only the legal expertise we bring to each case, but also the compassion, care, and commitment that define how we support our clients. We go above and beyond to provide tailored advice, emotional support, and a safe space for clients going through a difficult time in their lives.

Putting Clients First

Over the past year, we’ve introduced several initiatives aimed at improving client experience and making our services more accessible.

We have invested our time supporting the wider community with launching several free drop ins for legal advice, at Middlesbrough, Loftus, and most recently Whitby. We also provide flexibility with our appointments, whether they’re home visits, at one of our drop-in locations, or attending one of our offices local to them. Our goal is to provide accessibility to everyone.

A Team That Works as One

One of the things we’re most proud of is the culture we’ve built. We’re a close-knit team who genuinely care about each other. That sense of connection and mutual support runs through everything we do and we believe that impacts our clients experience.

Looking Ahead

While we’re taking a moment to celebrate our achievements, we’re also looking ahead to what’s next: new ideas, new ways to support our clients, and new opportunities to grow and improve the department.

Thank You

To our team: thank you for everything you do. And to our clients and our community, thank you for placing your trust in us. You’re the reason we do what we do—and the reason we keep growing.
