Clare has an exceptional long-standing reputation within the Redcar and East Cleveland area. Clare specialises in residential sales and purchases, including leasehold, new build, HTB equity loans, remortgages, and transfer of equity.
Following her previous education, Clare pursued her Bachelor of Law degree. After three years of hard work and dedication, Clare graduated in 1994. Shortly afterwards, Clare began her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She completed her diploma in 1995.
Clare officially qualified as a solicitor in 1997. She chose to specialise in Conveyancing in 2004, already having a wealth of experience in matrimonial and family law, wills and probate, child care law, equity and trusts, and civil and criminal litigation.
