Gemma qualified in 2009 and has primary expertise in Wills and Probate. She joined Cygnet in 2012, was appointed as a director in 2019 and is also responsible for the overall management of the private client department.
Gemma regularly advises her clients on relations with Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate matters from applications for Probate/Letters of Administration and full estate administration. Along with this, Gemma has a wealth of experience in dealing with the creation and management of trusts and inheritance tax planning, and implications pertaining to an estate.
She is a member of the Dementia Friends Initiative and the Law Society Family Law Advanced Panel. She has previously handled large private family law case loads.
