Hayleigh Barry is a qualified Solicitor who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. She is a skilled individual and a passionate advocate who always aims to ensure her clients receive the justice that they deserve.

Hayleigh specialises in public law family practice, most often representing Local Authorities and children in Care Proceedings. Her advocacy extends to representation of clients in contested hearings by way of evidence.

Notably, Hayleigh has represented the Local Authority in cases concerning the infliction of injuries to children and recently mounted a successful challenge while representing children, against proposals for the permanent separation of siblings.

Awards & Qualification

Following her previous education and work experience, Hayleigh completed her LLB (Hons) law degree, LLM Master of Laws and LPC and is an accredited Law Society Children Panel Member.

Throughout her career, Hayleigh has been involved in some noteworthy cases. Recently, she successfully represented the Local Authority in Re HA (2020) and Re RO (2020). These particular cases covered the infliction of significant injuries to children.
