Rebecca initially joined us as an assistant in 2013, but is now a senior member of the Mental Health and Court of Protection department. She assists and advises with matters involving the
Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and representing those detained under the Mental Health Act 1983. Rebecca has extensive experience in supporting and representing vulnerable
people, their families and Local Authorities in this aspect of law. She works tirelessly to ensure all her clients have the best outcomes, with only the highest of standards met.
