Nicholl Fitzgerald joined our team in June 2023. She has since become an integral part of our Public Law department as a qualified solicitor.

Nicholl has a wealth of knowledge regarding Public Law and family proceedings. She primarily represents parents, extended family members, and local authorities in ongoing care proceedings.

Nicholl began her career in the legal sector in 2017, before deciding to specialise in family law in 2019.

Awards & Qualifications

Following her previous education, Nicholl pursued her Bachelor of Law degree for three years at Newcastle University. She later graduated in 2020.

In 2019, whilst still studying at Newcastle University, Nicholl attended the Northern Law Awards, where she received the 'Pro-Bono/Community Initiative of the Year' accolade. This award is recognised across our region, and it demonstrates the high standard for which legal advice and community initiatives have been delivered across the North of England.
